Terms and Conditions for Founder15.com

Booking Calls
1.1 Mentees can book calls with mentors through the Founder15.com platform. The availability of mentors is displayed on their profile, and mentees can select a suitable time slot.
1.2 Mentees must provide accurate information when booking a call, including their name, contact details, and the purpose of the call.
1.3 By booking a call, mentees agree to pay the applicable fees for the mentor's services.
Cancellations by Mentees
2.1 Mentees can cancel a booked call, subject to the individual mentor's cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated on the mentor's profile and in the booking confirmation.
2.2 Each mentor has the right to set their own cancellation terms, including the deadline for cancellations and any applicable fees.
2.3 Mentees are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the mentor's cancellation policy before booking a call.
2.4 In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations, Founder15.com will defer to the mentor's stated cancellation policy.
Cancellations by Mentors
3.1 Mentors can cancel a booked call at their discretion, subject to their own cancellation policy.
3.2 If a mentor cancels a call, they are responsible for communicating with the mentee and arranging a rescheduled call or providing a refund, in accordance with their cancellation policy.
3.3 If a mentor consistently cancels calls without proper communication or fails to adhere to their stated cancellation policy, Founder15.com reserves the right to take action, including potential removal from the platform.
Rescheduling Calls
4.1 Mentees and mentors can reschedule a booked call by mutual agreement, subject to availability and the mentor's rescheduling policy.
4.2 Each mentor has the right to set their own rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees or restrictions.
4.3 Mentees are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the mentor's rescheduling policy before requesting a change to a booked call.
Payment and Refunds
5.1 Mentees must pay for booked calls in advance through the Founder15.com platform.
5.2 Refunds will be issued to mentees in accordance with the mentor's cancellation policy.
5.3 Mentors will receive payment for completed calls, less any applicable fees, through the payment method specified in their account settings.
Mentor Responsibilities
6.1 Mentors must provide accurate information in their profile, including their qualifications, experience, areas of expertise, and cancellation and rescheduling policies.
6.2 Mentors must deliver the services as described in their profile and agreed upon with the mentee during the booking process.
6.3 Mentors must maintain a professional and respectful demeanour during all interactions with mentees.
Mentee Responsibilities
7.1 Mentees must provide accurate information when booking a call and during the call itself.
7.2 Mentees must attend scheduled calls on time and be prepared to discuss the agreed-upon topics.
7.3 Mentees must treat mentors with respect and professionalism during all interactions.
7.4 Mentees are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to each mentor's cancellation and rescheduling policies before booking a call.
Intellectual Property
8.1 All content provided by mentors during calls, including advice, guidance, and resources, remains the intellectual property of the mentor.
8.2 Mentees may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content provided by mentors without their express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Founder15.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use of its mentorship marketplace platform or the services provided by mentors.
9.2 Mentors are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Founder15.com.Founder15.com is not liable for any actions, omissions, or advice provided by mentors.
